Q: Is Pettinato Construction, Inc. Licensed?
A: Yes, we are licensed to do business in Santa Rosa County, Florida and John Pettinato is a licensed General Contractor with the State of Florida, his license number is RG0060302.

Q: Where do you build?
A: We build and remodel in the Santa Rosa County area of Florida ... Gulf Breeze, Midway, Navarre, Navarre Beach and Milton.

Q: Do you use sub-contractors?
A: Yes, and we verify that all our subs are also licensed and insured. We try and use the same sub-contractors to create a stable and predictable product and service to our customers.

Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, and we require that all our sub-contractors are insured as well.

Q: Can you help me with building plans?
A: Yes, John is a talented draftsman and home designer and can construct plans for you from one room to an entire custom home.

Q: I already have plans, can you use them?
A: Yes, of course, as long as they are designed to state and local requirements. And if they aren't, John knows all the rules and regulations and can correct them for you.
